Firstly, a massive thanks for visiting my website and secondly, before you have a little browse, here’s a bit about me…
I’ve been lucky enough to work in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years. I started out as a class aerobics instructor, stemming from my passion for dance. This then led on to many different classes such as Aerobics, Step, Spin, Conditioning, Zumba and many more. I absolutely loved what I did, seeing everyone each week and giving it the full beans!
This led me down the route to looking into working on a more 1-2-1 basis with people. I thought that if I can connect with people each week in such a way and be a large part in helping them benefit their lives, then how much further can I take this?
So I went on to gain my qualifications to be a Personal Trainer and I am now a Level 4 Advanced Trainer.
Today, I assist with clients from various backgrounds, capabilities and work with them to achieve their tailored goals.
One to one individual and personalised training with weekly progress and check ins.
